Due to growth and expansion we are looking for an Administrator to join our client based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours a week however they would consider slightly less for the right candidate.
As the Administrator you will be supporting the team with the day to day administration.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with morning and afternoon post
- Answering general queries via e-mail, letter and telephone
- Sending out e-mails and letters
- Managing the team diary
- Adding new cases to our in-house system
- General administrative duties
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as an Administrator is essential
- Well Organised
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
